M&M’S® BRAND 2016 MOVIE OFFER

This M&M’S® Brand Movie Offer (“Offer”) begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 13, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2016 (“Offer Period”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, you must have a wireless mobile device that is capable of two-way SMS messaging through participating mobile service providers, or have internet access to send and receive emails..

Step 1: Purchase three (3) specially-marked M&M’S® Brand Products (9.4 oz. or larger) or 1 specially-marked M&M’S® Brand Chocolate Candies (56 oz.) (“Participating Products”) in a single transaction during the Offer Period.

Step 2: Snap a clear photo of your entire receipt with the Participating Products and date clearly marked (“Photo”).

Step 3: No later than 11:59:59 pm (ET) on January 16, 2017, send a text message with the keyword MOVIE to 811811 or email your Photo to redeem@mmsmovieoffer.com. You will receive instructions in a reply text message or email.

By texting MOVIE to 811811 you consent to receive at least six (6) text messages per submission. Message and data rates may apply. Text messages are sent to you from an automated system. After your Photo is validated, you will receive a twelve alpha-numeric-character code (“Reward Code”) that you must redeem (activate) at www.activaterewards.com/hmm by 11:59:59 pm (ET) on January 31, 2017 to claim your Movie Certificate. INTERNET ACCESS AND A PRINTER ARE REQUIRED TO REDEEM YOUR REWARD CODE AND PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE.

REWARD CODE RESTRICTIONS: Each Reward Code is valid for one (1) Movie Certificate redeemable for one admission (up to $12 total value) to see any movie at a participating theater in the U.S., at any showing (including those designated as “no coupons, no passes” in local theater listing guides). Reward Codes are void if not activated by 11:59:59 pm (ET) on January 31, 2017. Movie Certificates are void if not used within 2 months from the time of online code activation. Reward Codes and Movie Certificates cannot be replaced if lost. Reproductions will not be accepted. Reward Codes and Movie Certificates have no cash value and no change will be provided. The printed Movie Certificate must be redeemed at a participating theater’s box office. A Movie Certificate is not valid with any other offer and is valid only in U.S. and for one-time use. Reward Codes and Movie Certificates are void if sold, transferred or exchanged. If the cost of movie admission is more than the maximum value of the Movie Certificate, then the person redeeming the Movie Certificate must pay the difference. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: You must be age 13 or older and a resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and have (or have permission to use) a valid email address. If you are older than age 13 but younger than the age of majority in your state of residence, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian before you participate.

PARTICIPANT RELEASE: EACH PARTICIPANT WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS OFFER AND HAS THE LEGAL CAPACITY TO AGREE TO THESE OFFER TERMS.
